VSLF orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Dispatch time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
UK delivery
- Standard UK delivery: £3.99.
- Express UK delivery: £6.99.
- Free UK delivery on orders of £80 or more.

European and international delivery
We ship to selected European and international destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked. Your tracking details will be sent when your order is dispatched.

The applicable rate is shown at checkout for your delivery address and basket. These flat delivery rates apply regardless of basket value. Free UK delivery does not apply to international orders.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–10 working days for Europe and 7–15 working days for other destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, remote locations and local service disruptions can take longer. Larger orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs and import charges
International shipping charges cover delivery. Import VAT, customs duties and local handling charges are not included unless explicitly collected at checkout. Where these charges are collected on arrival, the recipient is responsible for paying them before delivery.
Delivery to the United States and Chile is not currently available at checkout. Some other destinations and regions are unavailable because of service restrictions. Enter your address at checkout to see the destinations and delivery options currently available.
